Upload energy data
Provide 12 months of 15-minute electricity consumption and production. This establishes the building’s existing energy baseline.
Understand the current energy system, test an improvement and see whether the investment case is technically and financially credible.
PRIVATE BETA · Controlled building assessmentProvide 12 months of 15-minute electricity consumption and production. This establishes the building’s existing energy baseline.
Add heating and cooling demand, outdoor temperatures, terminal systems and the current and proposed equipment.
Enter the import limit, CAPEX, current and future OPEX, tariffs and financing. This tests capacity and bankability.
Compare the existing solution with the proposed investment, including energy changes, operating benefit, IRR, NPV, DSCR and unresolved risks.
Upload the building's 15-minute electricity consumption and production report for a complete 12-month period. If available, include separate solar and CHP production columns. We first check the report and explain any corrections required. The original file is always preserved unchanged, and calculation starts only when you choose it after validation.
These cards describe gaps found in the five source workbooks before the live application workflow was built. They are not the status of the latest uploaded building. Current project status and required actions appear in the decision dashboard and its evaluation record above.

A governed Tivoli import-cap value is required before the candidate's cap-violation count can be evaluated.
Candidate CAPEX belongs on the controlled Bankability input sheet. It becomes determinable only after candidate equipment is defined, then progresses from budget estimate to supplier quotation or approved input.
The controlled Bankability input sheet separately captures evidenced current fixed OPEX avoided by the candidate and candidate fixed OPEX. Candidate OPEX becomes determinable after equipment selection; variable OPEX and insurance rates remain explicit assumptions.
The source model's 70% debt, 6% interest, 7-year tenor, 1% fee and 0-month DSRA are reference defaults pending replacement or approval.
At least one additional governed Tivoli candidate is required before comparative ranking.
The integrated Stage A+Stage B profile peaks at 360.58 kW import, but the governed contractual site cap is missing, so violations remain unevaluated.
Stage C DSCR is not calculated until candidate CAPEX, avoided current fixed OPEX and candidate OPEX are entered. Budget inputs produce indicative results; approved inputs support approved results.
Stage C IRRs are not calculated until candidate CAPEX, avoided current fixed OPEX and candidate OPEX are entered. Budget inputs produce indicative results; approved inputs support approved results.
The ranking objective, weights and feasibility tolerances require approval before RankScore is calculated.
